Returns Policy
30-Day Hassle-Free Returns
We want you to love your Cozeva product.
If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return your order within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Eligibility
To qualify for a return:

The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

Returns must include your order number or proof of purchase.

Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of used hot water bottles or opened covers unless the product is faulty.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt.
We’ll arrange a free replacement or refund and cover return shipping if required.
How to Return

Email support@cozeva.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.

We’ll reply within 24–48 hours with return instructions and the nearest return address.

Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Exchanges
You may exchange your product for a different size or colour within 30 days.
Please note: return shipping costs for non-faulty exchanges are the customer’s responsibility.
